At Homes of Hope, we’re excited to celebrate the progress of Paul and Jamie as they dive into the kitchen and embrace their new cooking skills! After some inspiring time spent cooking alongside one of our support workers, both Paul and Jamie took a big step and enrolled in a cooking course at The Message Trust. Their first creation? A deliciously vibrant Peri Peri chicken orzo!
For Paul, who had never cooked before, and Jamie, who hadn’t always seen the point of cooking for one, this journey has been nothing short of transformative. They’re now committed to honing their skills further, having signed up for more classes, and can’t wait to share their creations with housemates and the Homes of Hope team.
